Blanch Louise Ogle

August 25, 1940 - April 1, 2019

Blanch Louise Ogle, daughter of the late Kenneth and Helen (Evans) Biggs, was born August 25, 1940 in Phillipsburg, Missouri. She passed away Monday, April 1, 2019 in her home in Grovespring, Missouri having attained the age of 78 years. Blanch grew up in the Lebanon and Bennett Springs area. She attended school in Lebanon where she graduated from high school. On June 18, 1958, Blanch was united in marriage to Tennis E. Ogle. They shared over 33 years of marriage together and were blessed with three children: Dennis, Kathy and Angelia. Tennis preceded her in death on February 15, 1992. Blanch raised her family in Richland and was a very hardworking person. She worked as a housekeeper for various individuals in Richland. In her spare time, Blanch enjoyed doing embroidery work and working outside in her flower and vegetable gardens. She also loved to watch Westerns, but most importantly, she loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them. Blanch leaves to cherish her memory, her three children: Dennis Ogle (April) of Montreal, MO, Kathy Gan (Kent) of Richland, MO and Angelia Collison (J.D.) of Grovespring, MO; her sister: Lisa Little of Lebanon, MO; five grandchildren: Echo Smith (Jesse), Dennis Ogle II, Coleman Gan, Tyler Collison (Kaelin) and Kaden Collison; four great-grandchildren: Jonah, Xander, Kaliope and Phynx; her precious cat: Blackie; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. Even though she is gone from our sight, she will live on in our hearts forever. Services were held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 5, 2019 in the Memorial Chapel of Richland with Rev. Jim Collison and Charlie Weddle officiating. The songs “Go Rest High on that Mountain”, “Goodbye” and “Grandma’s Song” were played. Serving as escorts were Tyler Collison, Dennis Ogle II, Kaden Collison, Coleman Gan, J.D. Collison and Kent Gan. Burial followed in the Dowty / Wair Chapel Cemetery near Richland, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Blanch Ogle and may be left at Memorial Chapel of Richland.
