Jeannette Marie Pemberton

October 25, 1959 - May 6, 2020

Jeannette Marie Pemberton, daughter of the late Clay and Vivian June (Station) Pemberton, was born October 25, 1959 in Chicago, Illinois. She passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2020 in her home in St. Louis, Missouri having attained the age of 60 years, 6 months and 12 days. After graduating from high school, Jeannette furthered her education and attended college. She became a certified medical transcriptionist in the health care field and was a hardworking woman. She was a fun-loving woman who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and she could brighten up the room with her smile. She was an animal lover and had several pets over the years. Jeannette will be sadly missed, but fondly remembered by all those who knew and loved her. She leaves to cherish her memory, one son: Adam Shinn of Fulton, MO; two grandsons: Joseph S. Garner and Eric L. Garner, both of Fulton, MO; six siblings: Joyce Douglas, Joe Pemberton, Jacquie Pemberton, Judi Pemberton, Jayne Pemberton and Mary Nelson; other relatives and friends. Even though she is gone from our sight, Jeannette will live on in our hearts forever. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 29, 2020 in the St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church of St. Robert, Missouri with Father John Groner officiating. Jeannette’s dear friend, Linda Patton, gave a beautiful eulogy and recalled her wonderful memories of Jeannette. Serving as escorts were family and friends. Burial followed in the Resurrection Cemetery of St. Robert, Missouri. Services were under the direction of Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville / St. Robert. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Jeannette Pemberton and may be left at the funeral home.
