Linda Arrena Graves

June 29, 1952 - November 8, 2021

Linda Arrena Graves, daughter of Lloyd Leland Graves and Edna Arrena (Williams) Graves, was born June 29, 1952 in Waynesville, Missouri. As a young girl, Linda grew up in the Waynesville area and attended Laquey Elementary School and then graduated from Waynesville High School. After graduating from school, Linda went to work in the health industry and later attended nursing school. She worked for many years in nursing homes, except for about 3 ½ years when she lived in Germany and loved taking care of her patients. She later worked at Wal-Mart for a short time. Linda was blessed with six children: Eddie, Troy, Jason, Arrena, Mark, and Mathew and she loved them dearly. After her children were grown and started having families of their own, Linda had more time to do the things that she enjoyed, mainly bowling. Linda loved all her family and always looked forward to cookouts, family get togethers and family reunions. She was a people person and enjoyed visiting with her family and friends. Linda had made a profession of faith and went home to be with her Lord on Monday, November 8, 2021 in her home in Springfield, Missouri having attained the age of 69 years. She will be sadly missed, but fondly remembered by all those that knew and loved her. She leaves to cherish her memory, her six children, Eddie Graves (Alberta) of Laquey, MO, Troy Mowery (Roberta) of St. Robert, MO, Jason Mowery (Melanie) of Lebanon, MO, Arrena Bradford of Lebanon, MO, Mark McMannamy (Becky) of Springfield, MO, and Mathew McMannamy of Fulton, MO; thirteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; her mother: Arrena Graves of Laquey, MO; four brothers, Larry Sisk of Laquey, MO, Danny Graves (Virginia) of Laquey, MO, Thomas Graves (Leslie) of Broken Arrow, OK, and Roger Graves, Sr (Phyllis) of Waynesville, MO; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. Linda was preceded in death by her father: Lloyd Leland Graves, her twin: Lindel Lilburn Graves, and one granddaughter: Cynthia McMannamy.
