Tina Marie (Wilson) Jenning

May 14, 1962 - June 17, 2021

Tina Marie (Wilson) Jennings, was born May 14, 1962 to the union of the late Dewey Wilson and Nellie (Beals) Wilson in Waynesville, Missouri. As a young girl, Tina grew up in Laquey, Missouri where she attended elementary school and then attended Waynesville High School until her senior year, and she obtained her GED. In later years, she continued her education and earned her Associates Degree from Drury University. Tina was united in marriage to Micheal Scott Jennings. She was blessed with two children: Heather Ann Ripley and Lee Thomas Barnes. She loved her children dearly and would do anything for them. At a young age, Tina began driving a school bus and worked her way up to contract manager for B.W. Robinson State School in Rolla. She also became a Missouri School Bus Safety instructor. In 2007, Tina moved to Hawaii and worked at the Child Development Center until moving to Ft. Campbell, Kentucky where she continued being a child caregiver. Tina loved children. It did not matter if it was her own grandchildren or any child that she encountered, she loved being able to teach them new things and watch them grow. She also loved animals and really enjoyed her chickens. Tina passed away June 17, 2021 at her home having attained the age of 59 years. She will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all those that knew and loved her. She leaves to cherish her memory, her two children: Heather Ann Ripley and her husband John, and Lee Thomas Barnes and wife Amber; five grandchildren: Jordan Pendergrass, Jonathan Pendergrass, Riley Newkirk, Henry Barnes, and Elena Barnes; one great grandson: Alyis Pendergrass; two aunts: Lillie Reinke and Carolyn Buffalo; two brothers: Randall Wilson and Micheal Wilson; other relatives and friends. Tina was preceded in death by her parents: Dewey Wilson (1987) and Nellie (Beals) Wilson (1988); and two grandchildren: Jacob Griffin (2000) and Jeremiah Griffin (2000). Celebration of Life services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, June 24, 2021 in the Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville / St. Robert. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, June 24, 2021 in the funeral home.
